Kingspan Insulation offers three product ranges for air-distribution ductwork. They feature:
- The Kingspan KoolDuct System - a low leakage, low weight and space saving pre-insulated rectangular ductwork system;
- The Kingspan Kooltherm FM Duct Insulation System - a complete thermal insulation system for insulating rectangular, circular and flat oval ductwork, plenums and associated equipment installed both indoors and outdoors; and
- Therma Duct Insulation - duct insulation for use on rectangular air-handling sheet metal ducts and equipment installed outdoors only.
All HVAC ductwork products are suitable for both new construction and retrofit projects in the residential, commercial, institutional, industrial and sports and leisure sectors.
They are especially suitable for use on high specification projects where non-fibrous insulation may be preferred, for example in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries; communication / server rooms in data centers; high relative humidity environments such as swimming pools; and clean air and hygiene controlled environments such as sterile areas of hospitals or laboratories.
